Easter Cottage Cheese Cookies "Nests"

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 1.8 oz
  • 33% Cream - 7 fl oz
  • Butter - 4.4 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Brown Sugar - 5.3 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
  • Cocoa Powder - 3 spoons
  • Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
  • Almond - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Take the butter out of the refrigerator an hour before using it to allow it to soften.

Step 2

Combine the butter and sugar using a mixer until the sugar is fully dissolved and the butter becomes fluffy.

Step 3

Add 1 egg and vanilla sugar, and mix everything again.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder.

Step 5

Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.

Step 6

In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugar, then add the cottage cheese, sprinkle in the flour, and mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Step 7

Cover the prepared dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Shape the dough into balls the size of ping pong balls.

Step 9

Place them in the mold, spacing them apart, and gently press down.

Step 10

Make an indentation in each cookie by gently pressing the bottom of a glass into it to create a nest shape.

Place the baking tray with the cookies in the preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Take the heavy cream out of the refrigerator and whip it with powdered sugar and cocoa until it forms a fluffy mixture.

Step 13

Allow the cookies to cool slightly on a wire rack, then transfer the cream to a piping bag.

Step 14

Draw a pattern of intertwined sticks in a circular shape using a thin stream of cream.

Step 15

Place 3 eggs in the indentation of each cookie. The cookies are ready!
