Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 1.8 oz
- 33% Cream - 7 fl oz
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Brown Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 3 spoons
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Almond - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take the butter out of the refrigerator an hour before using it to allow it to soften.
Step 2
Combine the butter and sugar using a mixer until the sugar is fully dissolved and the butter becomes fluffy.
Step 3
Add 1 egg and vanilla sugar, and mix everything again.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder.
Step 5
Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugar, then add the cottage cheese, sprinkle in the flour, and mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Cover the prepared dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Shape the dough into balls the size of ping pong balls.

Place them in the mold, spacing them apart, and gently press down.

Make an indentation in each cookie by gently pressing the bottom of a glass into it to create a nest shape.
