Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 22.9 oz
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 7.1 oz
- Dry yeast - 1 oz
- Honey - 1.4 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Sugar - 4.4 oz
- Whole egg - 6.3 oz
- Butter - 8.5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
- Raisins - 10.6 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - 2 pieces
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine flour, milk, eggs, yeast, honey, salt, and sugar in one bowl.
Step 2
Knead the dough.
Step 3
Add the yolks and knead for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Then add the cream cheese to the dough and mix until smooth.
Step 5
Add the butter and knead the dough for another 7–10 minutes.
Step 6
Finally, add all remaining ingredients.
Step 7
Place the resulting dough on a baking sheet and flatten it out.
Step 8
Leave at room temperature for 2 hours.
Step 9
Shape the dough into balls and place them in molds.
Step 10
Bake in a preheated oven at 170–356°F for 20 minutes.
Step 11
The tender and fragrant kulich is ready!
