Description
Easter kulich with raisins and dried apricots
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Vanillin - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Dried Apricots - 3 pieces
- Raisins - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 7 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter until it becomes liquid.
Step 2
Sift the flour into a bowl and create a well in the center. Add the baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt into the well. Then, gently incorporate the melted butter and mix well with the flour mixture.
Step 3
Separate the yolks from the whites. Keep the egg whites in the refrigerator for now, and whisk the yolks with 150 g of sugar.
Step 4
Add the beaten egg yolk mixed with sugar to the dough, then incorporate the dried fruits, followed by the milk. You can mix the ingredients with a mixer.
Step 5
Beat the egg whites with a mixer, gently fold them into the batter to prevent them from deflating. Spoon the prepared batter into the molds, filling them three-quarters full. Place in the oven at 356°F for one hour.
