Easter Kulich Without Yeast
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Raisins - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the softened butter, sugar, and eggs.
Step 2
Add warm milk, flour, and baking powder. Mix well.
Step 3
Wash the raisins. Dry with a towel. Add to the dough. Mix. If you like more raisins, use 150 g.
Step 4
Pour the dough into the mold halfway. I use disposable molds for kulich.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 356°F for 40 minutes.
Step 6
Decorate with icing.
