Ingredients
- Chopped almonds - 8.8 oz
- Dried Apricots - 3.5 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the almonds overnight.
Step 2
In the morning, spread them on a clean towel, turning occasionally, to dry.
Step 3
Grind the almonds in a blender until they are almost flour-like.
Step 4
Add honey, dried apricots, and raisins to the almond mixture.
Step 5
Mix everything well and transfer to a mold.
Step 6
Press the mixture down and invert the mold.
