- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Cream 22% - 5 fl oz
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Chopped almonds - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take a low, wide saucepan with a volume of 0.7–1 L and place it in a larger pot on the stove.
Step 2
Pour the cream into a small saucepan and add the sugar. Fill the larger pot with enough water to cover the small saucepan halfway. Bring the water in the larger pot to a boil over high heat, then immediately reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Remember to stir the cream so that the sugar dissolves.
Step 3
Once the sugar granules disappear, add the chopped chocolate and diced butter to the cream. Continue to heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until bubbles appear.
Step 4
Cook the mixture, stirring, for 5–6 minutes. It should become thicker and thicker. After the specified time, turn off the heat, remove the saucepan with the candy mixture, and let it sit for 20–30 minutes.
Step 5
Stir the mixture, add the chopped walnuts, and mix again.
Step 6
Grease a rectangular or square mold with vegetable oil, pour in the cooled mixture, and let it cool to room temperature. Then place it in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours.
Step 7
Cut the resulting layer into pieces and place them in a bowl. Enjoy your meal!
