Description

- Turnips - 4 pieces
- Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the carrots on a fine grater and squeeze out the juice.
Step 2
Mix the flour with baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Step 3
Beat the eggs, oil, and sugar with a mixer on high speed.
Step 4
Add the grated carrots and vanilla.
Step 5
Gradually add the flour mixture and mix on low speed until it becomes a batter.
Step 6
Grease the baking pan with butter and pour the prepared batter into it.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 180–374°F for 40–50 minutes.
