- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Feta cheese - 1.4 oz
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in 250 ml of boiling water. Add the flour and salt, and stir the dough over medium heat until it forms a single ball. Slightly cool the dough, beat in the eggs, and mix.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease a baking sheet and dust it with flour. Spoon the dough onto the baking sheet or use a pastry bag. Bake the pastries on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. Cool the finished eclairs and cut off the tops.
Step 3
Mix the feta cheese with sour cream, herbs, and pepper, and blend until smooth.
Step 4
Fill the eclairs with the cream.
