Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 glass
- Water - 1 glass
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Vanillin - to taste
- Cream - 7 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring water to a boil with butter and salt. Gradually add the flour in small portions while stirring continuously. Lower the heat, mix the dough until smooth, and remove from heat. Once it cools slightly, continue to stir and beat in the eggs one at a time.
Step 2
Using a piping bag, pipe balls of dough the size of a walnut onto a greased baking sheet, making sure to leave ample space between them. Bake in a well-preheated oven. After 10 minutes of baking, when the pastries have risen and are lightly golden, reduce the heat and continue baking for another 10–15 minutes, until the pastries are nicely browned and firm to the touch.
Step 3
Fill the cooled pastries with cream using a piping bag. To prepare the cream, mash the cottage cheese with sugar, then add whipped cream and vanilla. Gently mix everything together and whip until fluffy.
