Ingredients
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Ham - 2.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Malt Vinegar - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Thyme - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in 250 ml of boiling water. Add the flour and salt, and stir the dough over medium heat until it forms a single ball. Slightly cool the dough, beat in the eggs, and mix well.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease a baking sheet with fat and sprinkle with flour. Spoon the dough onto the baking sheet or use a piping bag. Bake the pastries on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. Cool the finished eclairs and cut off the tops.
Step 3
Puree the ham in a blender with sour cream and wine vinegar until creamy. Season with pepper and thyme to taste. Fill the eclairs with the cream.
