- Chopped Green Onions - 1.2 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Lime - 1 piece
- Miso Paste - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Chili jam - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the beans in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes. Drain, leaving a small amount of the bean water.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the beans, finely chopped onion, cilantro, minced garlic, lime juice, miso paste, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Blend until smooth, adding a little of the reserved water to reach your desired consistency.
