Ingredients
- Gelatin - 1.1 oz
- Water - 4 tablespoons
- Whole egg - 3 pieces
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Corn Starch - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Milk - 1¼ cups
- Brandy - 1 tablespoon
- Green Tea (brick) - 1 tablespoon
- Grapefruits - to taste
- Cream - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the gelatin and water. Place it in a water bath and stir until completely dissolved.
Step 2
In another bowl, beat the yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and salt until light in color.
Step 3
In a saucepan, gently heat the milk without bringing it to a boil.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix the green tea and 2 tablespoons of warm milk to form a paste.
Step 5
In the egg mixture, stir in the remaining milk and place over low heat, cooking until thickened. Remove from heat and cool.
Step 6
Add the gelatin, green tea paste, and brandy to the egg mixture. Mix well. Place in a bowl of ice water to cool.
Step 7
Lightly whip the cream and fold it into the mixture. Divide into chilled glasses or dessert cups. Chill.
Step 8
Serve, garnished with fruits.
