Description
Egg Liqueur Cake with Nuts and Cocoa
Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 7 fl oz
- Egg Liqueur - 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Nuts - 1.8 oz
- Rum - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla pudding mix - 1 package
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease the baking pan with oil and place it in a cool place. Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar. Add oil and liqueur (125 ml). Mix well.
Step 3
Combine the flour with the baking powder and add it to the egg mixture.
Step 4
You will have approximately 900 g of liquid batter. Divide it into three parts, pouring into separate mixing bowls.
Step 5
In the first bowl, add cocoa and milk. Whip until combined.
Step 6
In the second bowl, add nuts and rum. Whip until combined.
Step 7
In the third bowl, add the dry pudding mix and liqueur (2 tablespoons). Whip well.
Step 8
Carefully pour the mixtures into the pan in a circular motion: first the chocolate mixture, then the nut mixture, and finally the liqueur mixture. Try to pour into the center so that the mixture 'flows' into the previous layer.
Step 9
Bake for 45 minutes at 392°F.
