  • Spinach - 3.5 oz
  • Feta cheese - 3 tablespoons
  • Marinated cherries - 3 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F. Whisk the eggs with the milk, add salt and pepper.

Step 2

Finely chop the spinach, parsley, and feta. Cut the tomatoes in half. Add to the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
