- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 5 oz
- Bacon - 5 oz
- Toasts - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
Step 2
Take the eggs. You need to separate the egg whites from the yolks. Gather the egg whites together. Place the yolks into separate containers.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form, about 1.5 to 2 minutes on high speed.
Step 4
Grate the cheese using a fine grater. Take a wooden spatula and gently fold the cheese into the egg white mixture in small portions.
Step 5
Spread the resulting mixture onto a baking sheet. You should have two "clouds." Make a small indentation in the center of each one, where the yolk will later sit. You can easily create the indentation using an eggshell. Place the egg whites in the oven for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the egg whites after 3 minutes, being careful not to overcook them. Pour the yolk into the indentation and return to the oven for another 3 minutes.
Step 7
While the eggs are in the oven, lightly fry the bacon and place it on the toast.
Step 8
Remove the cooked egg nests from the oven and place them on top of the bacon. Serve hot.
