Ingredients
- Chum Salmon Caviar - 3.5 oz
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Toasted Sesame - 3 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. Let the fish sit at room temperature for a while.
Step 2
Spread the sesame seeds on a hot, dry skillet.
Step 3
Toast the seeds until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Crack the eggs into a cup.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Stir the egg mixture.
Step 7
Cut the avocado in half.

Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and place it into a deep bowl.

Mash the pulp with a fork.

Add the toasted sesame seeds and stir well.

Pour the eggs into a hot, greased frying pan.
