Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion. Wash the bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds, and then cut it into pieces. Wash and chop the dill.
Step 2
Place the tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic, dill, onion, and eggs into a blender container. Then add salt, pepper, and mix well until smooth.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and pour in the prepared puree mixture. Bake the soufflé in a preheated oven at 392°F until cooked through.
