- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Herbs - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Marinara sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Tortillas - 2 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the egg, mix it with diced tomato, season with salt, and fry in a pan like an omelet on both sides.
Step 2
Spread one tortilla with one tablespoon of sauce, place the second tortilla on top, spread it with paste and then sauce, on one side (like a turnover) place the finely chopped omelet, sprinkle with herbs, and cover with the other half.
Step 3
Heat the pan in which the omelet was cooked (it can remain on the heat), place the tortilla in it, press down with your hand to flatten it, and fry on both sides.
