- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Semolina - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 6.3 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.2 oz
- Nuts - to taste
- Raisins - to taste
- Grapefruits - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix semolina with sugar and pour in warm water. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Then add vegetable oil and baking soda.
Step 3
Now add flour and knead the dough to a consistency of thick sour cream.
Step 4
Add nuts, raisins, or anything to taste.
Step 5
Pour the dough into a baking pan.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 428°F for 30–40 minutes. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
