Ingredients

  • Apple - 17.6 oz
  • Kefir - 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Semolina - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Sunflower Oil - ½ cup
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Vanilla Sugar - 0.4 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Raisins - ½ cup

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the apples and slice them thinly.

Step 2

Mix kefir, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, oil, vinegar, and semolina, and stir well. Add baking soda to the flour and gradually sift it into the mixture, stirring with a whisk. The batter should be like thick sour cream.

Step 3

Add the apples and raisins, and mix.

Step 4

Grease the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with semolina. Pour the batter into the dish and place it in a preheated oven.

Step 5

Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
