Eggless Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - ½ cup
  • Oat flakes - 1 cup
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
  • Sunflower Seeds - to taste
  • Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Baking Powder - a pinch
  • Macadamia Nuts - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Toast the oat flakes in a pan over high heat, being careful not to burn them.

Step 2

Cream the sugar with the butter and add the prepared warm flakes, allowing the butter to melt quickly. Then mix in the sour cream.

Step 3

Add the cocoa, nuts (previously crushed in a mortar), seeds, and mix well. Gradually add the flour, add the baking powder, and knead the dough.

Step 4

Roll into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pressing them down to form a flat shape.

Step 5

Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15–20 minutes.
