Eggless Tiramisu with Coffee Liqueur
Ingredients
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 17.6 oz
- Coffee Liqueur - 2 tablespoons
- Freshly brewed green tea - 8 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Savoiardi Cookies - 8.8 oz
- Grated Chocolate - 2.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whip the mascarpone with powdered sugar. Mix the coffee with the liqueur.
Step 2
Dip half of the cookies in the coffee and arrange them in a 1.25-liter dish or six 250 ml ramekins. Spread half of the mascarpone over the soaked cookies and smooth it out.
Step 3
Dip the remaining cookies in the coffee and place them on top of the cream. Spread the remaining mascarpone over the cookies and smooth it out.
Step 4
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 6 hours. Sprinkle with grated chocolate before serving.
