- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 1 head
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Eggplants - 3 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 7 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the eggplants into rounds, not too thin and not too thick. Whisk the eggs with salt using a whisk or a fork until smooth.
Step 2
Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it. Dip the eggplant rounds into the eggs and fry them on both sides.
Step 3
Place the fried eggplants on a plate lined with a napkin and let them cool.
Step 4
For the sauce, mix the sour cream with minced garlic and chopped dill. Add salt to the sauce to taste, but not too much, as the fried eggplants already contain salt.
Step 5
Once the eggplants have cooled, spread sauce on one round, place a sliced tomato round on top (make sure the thickness of the rounds is consistent), and cover with a second eggplant round.
