Description
This recipe can be decorated with various variations, as long as your imagination works: add different types of cheese, finely chop ham and mushrooms, and you can even add a bit of feta cheese and oregano to give your breakfast a Greek flavor.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Parsley - 0.2 oz
- Dill - 1 teaspoon
- Cream - 1 teaspoon
- Parmesan Cheese - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sesame bun - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut off the top of each bun and carefully remove some of the crumb to create a hollow large enough to hold an egg.
Step 2
Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Set the tops of the buns aside. Crack one egg into each bun.
Step 3
Sprinkle with herbs and add a bit of cream. Also, add salt and pepper to taste, a pinch of each. The finishing touch will be the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F until the eggs are done, about 20–25 minutes.
Step 4
Once the eggs are ready, place the tops of the buns in the oven for 5 minutes and bake for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Step 5
Cover the baked egg buns with their tops and serve!
