Ingredients

  • Sweet Pepper - 2 pieces
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Melted Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Cucumbers - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash one bell pepper, cut it in half, and remove the seeds.

Step 2

Crack an egg into each half, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with pieces of mozzarella, and microwave on high for 3–4 minutes (until the eggs are cooked to your liking).

Step 3

Meanwhile, heat the skillet, slice the tomato into wedges, and cut the second pepper into strips, then toss them in to sauté. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Peel the cucumber and slice it into strips. Once the peppers in the skillet have softened, turn off the heat and add them to the sautéed vegetables.

Step 5

Remove the peppers from the microwave, place them on a plate, and set the salad beside them.
