- Bun - 0.1 oz
- Bacon - 1.8 oz
- Spinach - 3.5 oz
- Leek - 1.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut a piece of baguette and slice off the top.
Step 2
Slice the leek into half-rings and sauté in olive oil. Add spinach, salt, and pepper, and continue to sauté.
Step 3
Fry the bacon. In the bacon fat, toast the bread.
Step 4
On the toasted bread, layer the spinach, bacon, and poached egg. Drizzle with hollandaise sauce.
