Ingredients
- Hamburger Bun - 2 pieces
- Ham - 3.5 oz
- Morels - 8 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Herbs - to taste
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut off the top of the bun and remove the soft inside.
Step 2
Slice the ham into thin strips.
Step 3
Sauté the mushrooms and onion until golden brown.
Step 4
Spread softened butter inside the bun and fill it with the filling.
Step 5
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 6
Carefully crack 1 egg on top of the bun. Add a little salt. Optionally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the buns in a baking dish and put them in a preheated oven at 392°F for 10 minutes.
