Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the tomatoes and chop them. Sauté in butter, adding the whole pepper. Simmer briefly, then add za'atar.

Step 2

After a while, add the herbs and eggs. Finally, add the basturma, sliced thinly.

Step 3

Gently mix, place warm bread on the scrambled eggs, and serve.
