Step by Step guide

Step 1

Heat the skillet.

Step 2

Crack the eggs into a deep bowl.

Step 3

Whisk them with a whisk or fork.

Step 4

Thinly slice the basturma.

Step 5

Sauté the basturma in the clarified butter.

Step 6

Pour the whisked eggs over the basturma.

Step 7

Cook until done.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the eggs with basturma to a plate.
