Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the pulp from the slices of bread.
Step 2
Pre-fry them separately on both sides and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Crack an egg into the center of each piece of bread.
Step 4
Fry the sausage separately (optionally with tomatoes).
Step 5
