Ingredients

  • Cilantro - 3 stems
  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
  • 10% cream - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Smoked turkey roll - 3.5 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Melted Cheese - 1.1 oz
  • Tomatoes - 3 pieces
  • Pesto - 2 teaspoons
  • Sourdough Bread - 2 pieces
  • Pickled capers - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 320°F. Take small ramekins, crack 2 eggs into each, pour 25 g of cream into each, season with salt and pepper, and gently mix to avoid breaking the yolks. Place the ramekins in the oven for 5 minutes. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices, after 5 minutes of cooking, remove the eggs, place the mozzarella on top, and return the ramekins to the oven for another 3-5 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the turkey fillet into small cubes, sauté until lightly golden, and let cool. Transfer to a deep bowl.

Step 3

Dice the bell pepper and cucumber into similarly sized small cubes as the turkey. Chop the cilantro. Add everything to the cooled turkey. Mix in the soft cheese gently. Form balls from the creamy mixture and carefully place them on a plate.

Step 4

Toast the bread in a toaster. Wash the tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water, peel off the skin, chop into small cubes, add pesto, chop the capers, mix everything together, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the tomato mixture on the toasts.
