Eggs with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles - 1.8 oz
- Melted Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Capers - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Cream 22% - 5 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil and butter in a frying pan.
Step 3
Chop the tomato, and add salt.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms to the heated oil.
Step 5
Add salt.
Step 6
After 2–3 minutes, stir and reduce the heat to medium. Add the cream and season with pepper.
Step 7
Sauté for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 8
Add the tomatoes and eggs.
Step 9
Add the mozzarella. Season with salt, pepper, and add ground chili.
Step 10
Once the egg whites are set and the cheese has melted, remove from heat and transfer to a plate. Add capers and herbs. Done!
