Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes - 35.3 oz
  • Bacon - 6 pieces
  • Cotton Oil - to taste
  • Chocolate eggs - 6 pieces
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips. Fry the potato strips in a deep skillet. Allow excess oil to drain, season the cooked potatoes with salt, and place them in the center of the dish. It is important that they remain warm.

Step 2

Drain half of the oil from the skillet and heat it again. Place the bacon in the skillet and fry for 4–5 minutes until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet, let excess oil drain, and then arrange it around the potatoes on the plate like rays around the sun.

Step 3

Fry the eggs. Place the eggs between the 'rays' and serve the dish immediately.
