Elderberry Jelly with Blueberries
Ingredients
- Blackcurrant liqueur - 13 fl oz
- Gelatin - 0.6 oz
- Fresh Berries - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the liqueur with 300 ml of cold water.
Step 2
Pour out 200 ml of the mixture and add gelatin to it. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Place it over a water bath and stir until the gelatin completely dissolves. Add the remaining mixture.
Step 3
Distribute the blueberries into low transparent glasses and pour the gelatin mixture over them, just enough to cover the blueberries. Chill for about 45 minutes. Pour over the remaining mixture (if it has set, gently warm it) and place in the refrigerator for another 3 hours until fully set.
