Enchantress Cake
Ingredients
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Wheat Flour - ¾ glasses
- Butter - 7.4 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
- Walnuts - 4.6 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Water - 3 spoons
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, and while continuing to whip, gradually add the sugar and lemon juice.
Step 2
Whisk the egg yolks until smooth with the sour cream, then add half of the condensed milk, baking soda, and flour. Mix thoroughly and gently fold in the beaten egg whites. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan, filling it two-thirds full. Bake in a preheated oven at 200–428°F (390–430 degrees Fahrenheit) for 35–50 minutes, or until the top crust is golden brown.
Step 4
Let the baked layer cool without removing it from the pan. Then, turn the pan upside down to release the layer, and cut it into two equal halves, filling them with cream.
Step 5
To prepare the cream, beat the softened butter until fluffy with the condensed milk. Finely chop the toasted nuts and mix them into the cream.
Step 6
Cover the finished cake with chocolate glaze. To prepare the glaze, break the chocolate into pieces, add a little hot water, and heat until the chocolate melts. Then add 1 tablespoon of softened butter and powdered sugar; mix until smooth.
