Ingredients
- Prunes - 1.8 oz
- Dried Apricots - 1.8 oz
- Frozen black currant puree - 1.8 oz
- Almond - 1.1 oz
- Roasted Peanuts - 1.1 oz
- Walnuts - 1.4 oz
- Pumpkin seed oil - 0.2 oz
- Sunflower Seeds - 0.2 oz
- Toasted Sesame - 0.1 oz
- Honey - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak prunes, dried apricots, and currants in cold water for 10 minutes; drain the water and rinse the dried fruits.
Step 2
Crush the peanuts in a mortar or with the flat side of a knife, and blend the almonds and walnuts in a blender.
Step 3
Chop the dried fruits finely with a knife or pass them through a meat grinder.
Step 4
Transfer the chopped dried fruits to a bowl and add honey.
Step 5
Add the chopped nuts and mix well; roll into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the mixture, divide it into 3 equal parts, coat with seeds and sesame; wrap in plastic wrap and shape into bars; place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Slice into rings and serve.
