Ingredients

  • Walnuts - 8.8 oz
  • Dried Apricots - 8.8 oz
  • Ground Oats - 7.1 oz
  • Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Apple - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the nuts and oats on it. Bake for ten to fifteen minutes, until the nuts begin to emit a light aroma. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and flatten it with a spatula.

Step 2

Crush the baked nuts and oats in a blender or food processor until crumbly. Add salt, cinnamon, finely chopped apples, and blend everything again until a homogeneous mass is obtained. This process may take about ten minutes.

Step 3

Bake at 356°F for twenty minutes, then cool and cut into rectangles or squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
