- Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Apple - 2 pieces

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the nuts and oats on it. Bake for ten to fifteen minutes, until the nuts begin to emit a light aroma. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and flatten it with a spatula.

Crush the baked nuts and oats in a blender or food processor until crumbly. Add salt, cinnamon, finely chopped apples, and blend everything again until a homogeneous mass is obtained. This process may take about ten minutes.
