Description
You can spread the mixture on a baking sheet and then cut it into portions. Store in the refrigerator. They are perfect for a snack if there are more than 4–5 hours between main meals. I love them with kefir, and my favorite enjoys them with tea.

- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Oat flakes - 5.3 oz
- Amaranth grain - 1.8 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the oat flakes, flour, and spices, add the milk, and let it sit for about 15 minutes to allow the flakes to swell.
Step 2
Add the egg and raisins to the mixture, mix well, place in molds, and bake at 180–374°F for about 20 minutes.
