Ingredients
- Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Oats - 7.1 oz
- Skim Milk - 3 fl oz
- Vanilla Protein Powder - 1.4 oz
- Nuts - to taste
- Sunflower Seeds - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Put everything in a blender and blend until you get a sticky, chunky mixture.
Step 2
Spread it on a board, foil, or parchment paper in a layer of 1–2 cm, and flatten it out.
Step 3
Cover the top with foil as well. Use a rolling pin to smooth the surface.
Step 4
Remove the foil and cut into squares (sticks, bars, however you like) directly on the board. Place the board in the freezer for 1–2 hours.
Step 5
Then transfer to the refrigerator.
