Ingredients
- Raisins - 2.6 oz
- Dried Apricots - 2.6 oz
- Dried ground orange peel - 2.6 oz
- Hazelnut - 2.6 oz
- Candied Lemon Peel - 2.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Potato protein - 5 tablespoons
- Rum - 2 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the raisins, candied orange and lemon peel, grated hazelnuts, diced dried apricots, rum, and add 50 grams of flour, mix well.
Step 2
Cream the butter or margarine with the sugar, adding the eggs one at a time. Combine 250 g of flour with the starch and baking soda, then add to the batter. Fold the dried fruits into the batter.
Step 3
Transfer the batter to a greased and floured baking pan. Bake for 70–75 minutes at 347°F.
