Ingredients

  • Raisins - 2.6 oz
  • Dried Apricots - 2.6 oz
  • Dried ground orange peel - 2.6 oz
  • Hazelnut - 2.6 oz
  • Candied Lemon Peel - 2.6 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
  • Butter - 8.8 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
  • Powdered Sugar - 8.8 oz
  • Potato protein - 5 tablespoons
  • Rum - 2 tablespoons
  • Activated Baking Soda - ½ tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the raisins, candied orange and lemon peel, grated hazelnuts, diced dried apricots, rum, and add 50 grams of flour, mix well.

Step 2

Cream the butter or margarine with the sugar, adding the eggs one at a time. Combine 250 g of flour with the starch and baking soda, then add to the batter. Fold the dried fruits into the batter.

Step 3

Transfer the batter to a greased and floured baking pan. Bake for 70–75 minutes at 347°F.
