- Ground clove - a pinch
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- Dried Apricots - 3.5 oz
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 6 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the sugar, eggs, and butter.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
Step 3
Combine the egg mixture and the flour mixture.
Step 4
Add the nuts, grated carrots, and dried apricots. Mix until bubbles form.
Step 5
Pour into the mold and bake for 50-60 minutes at 320°F, until dark brown.

Once cooled, you can dust with powdered sugar.
