Ingredients

  • Milk - 16 fl oz
  • Whipped Cream - 8 fl oz
  • Egg white - 5 pieces
  • Sugar - 3.2 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate - 4.2 oz
  • Frangelico Liqueur - 2 fl oz
  • Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
  • Raspberry leaves - 31.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine the milk and cream. Bring to a boil.

Step 2

In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until well combined, then gradually add to the milk and cream mixture. Place over low heat and cook until the cream thickens, about 5 minutes, without boiling. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped chocolate. Mix well until smooth, then incorporate the liqueur and vanilla. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Step 3

Divide the cream into 8 glasses or dessert bowls and top with fresh raspberries.
