- Shortbread Cookies - 8.8 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Orange zest - 0.4 oz
- 10% cream - 13 fl oz
- Bananas - 4 pieces
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 1 can
- Ground Coffee - 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies into crumbs, pour in the melted butter, and mix. Press into a springform pan and smooth the surface. Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes at 338°F. Let cool.
Step 2
Spread the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust. Slice the bananas lengthwise and arrange them on top of the condensed milk.
Step 3
Whip the cream with coffee and powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then spread it evenly over the bananas.
Step 4
Chill the pie in the refrigerator for 2 hours, and before serving, sprinkle with orange zest.
