Description

This is an autumn recipe from a well-known creator of the eponymous online magazine Sweet Paul.

Ingredients

  • Butter - 6 oz
  • Brown Sugar - ¾ cup
  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Espresso - ¼ cup
  • Ground Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
  • Milk - ¼ cup
  • Nuts - 3 oz
  • Honey - 5 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 320°F.

Step 2

Beat the butter with the sugar.

Step 3

Add the egg and mix well.

Step 4

Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, espresso, and milk.

Step 5

Mix well and pour the batter into a greased round baking pan.

Step 6

Bake for approximately 1 hour until done.

Step 7

Cool. Before serving, sprinkle the pie with nuts and drizzle with honey.
