- Sponge Cake Base - 10.6 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 3 tablespoons
- Chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Cream - 7 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the batter with cocoa.
Step 2
Chop the walnut kernels. Melt the chocolate with the butter, mix with vanilla sugar. Whip the cream with powdered sugar using a mixer.
Step 3
Divide the batter into 3 parts, place each into a mold lined with greased paper. Bake the layers in a preheated oven at 150-320°F, then cool.
Step 4
Cover the layers with 100 grams of whipped cream, combine them. Spread the edges of the cake with 50 grams of cream and sprinkle with nuts.
Step 5
Pour chocolate cream over the top of the cake and decorate with the remaining cream.
