Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 8.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Spinach - 7.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with salt, rub in the cold butter until crumbly. Add the egg, lightly beaten with ice water, and knead the dough. Place it in a tart pan, forming a crust. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the spinach. In a skillet, heat the butter, sauté the garlic until golden, and remove it (no longer needed).
Step 3
Add the spinach to the skillet and stir for about 1 minute until it slightly wilts. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 4
In the cooled spinach, add grated cheese, eggs, and sour cream, and mix well. Pour the filling onto the dough. Bake at 302°F for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for about 30 minutes.
