Ingredients
- Green Figs - 4 pieces
- Ricotta cheese - 8.8 oz
- Date honey - 3 tablespoons
- Pistachios - to taste
- Pomegranate Seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Raspberry leaves - 12.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Wash the figs, cut them in half, place them in a baking dish, and drizzle with honey and orange juice.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, chop the pistachios with a knife.
Step 5
Mix the ricotta with one tablespoon of honey.
Step 6
Remove the figs from the oven.
Step 7
Serve 2 halves of figs on a plate, top with a tablespoon of ricotta, and sprinkle with chopped pistachios and pomegranate seeds.
Step 8
On another part of the plate, place a handful of ripe raspberries.
