Ingredients
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Tomato Puree - 3 tablespoons
- Ground meat - 7.1 oz
- White bread - 0.4 oz
- Parsley - 0.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Nutmeg - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil for 5 minutes until it becomes soft and translucent. Cut the crusts off the bread and soak it in milk; if you are using an egg instead of bread, hard-boil it.
Step 2
Finely chop all the ingredients and mix them with the tomato puree and grated nutmeg. Use about 2 heaping teaspoons of filling for each pie. Seal them well.
