Rinse the pickled mushrooms. If they taste too sharp, soak the mushrooms in cold water for 1–2 hours, then drain them in a colander and let the water drain.

Step 2

After that, finely chop the mushrooms and sauté them in oil.

Step 3

Separately, sauté the finely chopped onion and mix it with the mushrooms, adding a little pepper.
