- Almond - 1.5 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 9.5 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Granulated sugar - 2.5 oz

Step 1
Chop the almonds. Mix 12 g of almonds with sugar and room temperature butter, then gradually add flour to knead the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about one finger, then cut it into small rectangles.
Step 3
Brush the cookies with a thin layer of lightly beaten egg white and dip them in a mixture of crushed almonds and sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 347°F for 10-12 minutes. Then let them cool on a wire rack.
